Owner was very nice, park was phenomenal, restrooms were clean, and it was fantastic. Would 100% recommend this place. It's fantastic here.

Great location! Central to destinations in both Alabama and Florida side. Quiet, clean, and friendly. Many amenities and weekly resort events.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The sites are large flat concrete slabs. Easy access. Amenities include showers, laundry and a pool. The rates are very reasonable. Very close by are fresh eggs, farm market and a nice coffee and ice-cream shop. Orange Beach is about 20-30 minutes away.

I am a new long term guest at Sun City RV resort. This resort is absolutely beautiful. Very peaceful, very clean with a lot of wonderful amenities they offer. A great big shout out to Sabe Nicholson who I have nicknamed the HMFIC 😉 HE is so friendly and makes sure everyone is happy. He loves to engage with his guests and make them feel welcomed and happy. He has his right hand man who I have nicknamed Ambassador Kenny who is also a very friendly host of the park who works very hard all day taking care of making sure the pool is always sparking clean. Ambassador Kenny also is EXTREMELY HELPFUL to ALL GUESTS whether they are here for a short visit or long term guests with ANY PROBLEMS they may encounter. If you have a problem with your RV/Camper no matter what it is Ambassador Kenny will get it handled. If he can't he will call whomever he needs to get it handled or fixed for you. He will not let you down! He is very friendly and easy to talk too with a great since of humor and always ready to take on whatever needs to be done to make sure your park stay is happy, fun and enjoyable! Ambassador Kenny worked very hard limb by limb setting the lights up in the BIG tree at the entrance of the park so you will NEVER miss your turn at night with beautiful lights. The prettiest tree on the road! If you haven't stayed at Sun City RV Resort, you are missing out! In addition to all the wonderful amenities there are many park gatherings planned for adults and children too. Bingo Night, movie night, holiday gatherings where everyone comes together to have social time. Potlucks, music, laughter and many stories everyone shares of their camping experiences and travel adventures alike. One last perk, you will be minutes from the most beautiful beaches around with powered white sand and water of emerald green to be seen for miles. You won't be disappointed!

Sabe and Kenny are the Heros at Sun rv resort. What ever problems come up if Sabe can't take care of it. Kenny will not let you down.

I just to inform that everyone here is the most amazing people I have ever seen in a campground.. I had a problem after about a few days here..I went to the office and told them I was gonna have to get a refund for the time left here because one of my air conditioner quit working..the owner came to me and said no that we would fix it com0since it's your vacation..he got a guy (kenny) that stays here to come to my motorhome and help me fix things..he climbed up on top of my roof and diagnosed the problem..he got the Vin of my air conditioner and drove his persona vehicle to get me a compassionate to fix my ac..he went and go it first thing this morning and put it on..he charged me $50 and the price of material..which was a $100..my ac is working perfectly and could be happier..so know get to stay the rest of my vacation here and my dogs are very happy with the ac and my wife and I are two..the campground is clean and very taken care of..if you want a close campground to come to the beach this is place you need to go hands down..my wife and I are full time overs and we will be back..come check it out you won't be disappointed..

Perfect location away from the busy tourist area, very clean well maintained park.

We love it here, and are definitely coming back. It’s a great location, quiet and country feel, while being within 30ish minutes to multiple beaches and shopping. The lots are spacious, grounds are kept up very nicely, huge pool, clean clubhouse with full kitchen and living room. Great place to stay as a family, the kids road around on bikes everyday.
